Park Avenue Partners is a rapidly growing owner/operator of mobile home parks nationwide.  It is our mission to expand the supply of affordable housing, and we need your help.


The Role

We are looking for a entrepreneurial individual to help us find new mobile home parks to acquire and improve.  You will work closely with the Founder of the firm.  You will both help analyze and prioritize incoming deal flow from real estate brokers, as well as manage mailing and cold-calling programs directly to mobile home park owners.  You will play an integral role in conducting and managing the due diligence on the properties, as well as arranging debt financing.  You will likely also participate in quarterly update calls to investors.


This role is full-time and suitable for remote work.


Lead Generation, Tracking + Analysis

  • Use database of your choosing to log deals

  • Prospect to property owners via postcards and follow up phone calls.  Some of this work may be outsourced to a virtual assistant you will oversee

  • Participate in several calls/week with Founder to prioritize deals


Due Diligence

  • Work with Sellers to help them fulfill due diligence requests

  • Perform off-site diligence (market research, financial analysis, licensing + zoning)

  • Perform on-site diligence (interview Sellers, Community Managers, local first responders, research competing properties)
